
ECM What's New: call clients over WhatsApp from your phone
Here's what actually happens on show day: a client messages on WhatsApp, you need to talk it through, and your business number is sitting on a desktop back at the office. So you call from a personal phone, off the record, and the conversation never lands against the booking.
You can now place WhatsApp calls straight from the ECM mobile app, using the WhatsApp business account linked to your workspace. The same in-call controls you would expect: minimise the call to check details in the app while you talk, and the call sits with the contact like any other.
For teams who work on their feet rather than at a desk, this keeps the conversation on the business line and on the record, wherever you are standing.
