ECM What's New: let customers spread the cost at booking

High-value bookings stall at the payment screen. The wedding enquiry that went quiet, the corporate package that needed one more sign-off: often the sticking point is simply the size of the upfront number.

ECM bookings now support instalment payments through Klarna and Affirm, where available. Customers choose the option at checkout when booking appointments, services or rentals, pay in instalments, and the booking confirms straight away. You get the booking secured now; they spread the cost.

The options appear on the booking page automatically based on the customer's location and eligibility, so there's nothing for your team to manage per booking. Enabling it is a one-time switch in your payment settings.

For venues and event businesses selling packages, experiences or higher-ticket dates, this removes the most common reason a ready-to-book customer hesitates.
