ECM What's New: social stats for the dates that matter

April 02, 2026

An event campaign doesn't run in tidy seven-day blocks. It runs from on-sale to show day, and that's the window you need to measure.

The social planner in ECM now supports custom date ranges in its statistics, with a comparison view against the previous equivalent period. Pick any start and end date, or use the presets, and posts, likes, followers, impressions and comments all update for exactly that window, with percentage change shown against the period before.

Short ranges show daily data points; longer ranges aggregate automatically so the graphs stay readable.

The practical win: you can now put numbers on a specific campaign. How did the summer season launch perform against the spring one? Did the final-week push actually move ticket interest? Answers from inside ECM, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.
