ECM What's New: gift cards, end to end

Gift vouchers are easy revenue that most venues handle badly: paper records, a spreadsheet of balances, and a panic when someone turns up with one eighteen months later.

ECM now runs the whole gift card lifecycle. Create branded cards with your own artwork and multiple denominations. Sell them through a dedicated checkout link, a QR code at front of house, or alongside your existing products. Send them directly to a customer as a gesture of goodwill or compensation, with a personal message, no payment involved. Every card is tracked in one place: purchaser, recipient, balance, expiry, status.

Redemption works across your online checkouts, covering the full amount or part of it with the rest paid normally, and balances update instantly.
