Post-event reviews land on Facebook as much as Google for venues and event businesses. Google gets watched; Facebook becomes the channel nobody checks, and unanswered reviews sit there in front of every prospective booker.

Review management in ECM now covers Facebook as well as Google. You can have replies drafted for your approval, or set rules for automatic responses by rating, tone and page. Multi-venue operators get page-level control, so automation runs only where you want it.
