ECM What's New: a clearer booking journey, start to finish

Every confusing step on a booking page costs you bookings. A customer who has to wade through irrelevant location filters, or who cannot see what deposit they're paying, is a customer halfway to closing the tab.

ECM's service booking has had a proper tidy-up on both sides of the counter. For customers: filters disappear when there's only one option, location details only show when they matter, and on mobile the deposit or upfront amount is now displayed plainly before they commit. For your team: the right staff member is pre-selected when creating a booking, country codes set themselves from your business location, and if a service is no longer available you get a clear warning before saving rather than a surprise after.

Appointment titles can also follow a standard format across every booking, so calendars and notifications stay readable when the diary fills up.
