Appointments now sort by soonest first, in both the contact record and the conversation view. The next thing in the diary is at the top, where you need it.

For a team running several events at once, this is the difference between scanning and searching. You see who is coming in, in the order they are coming, without rebuilding the timeline in your head each time.
