SafetyDocs Document Generator and Compliance Check

An add-on for your SafetyDocs app. It does the document work the core platform leaves to you: building safety documents and keeping them aligned to current guidance.

An event safety file is fifteen to thirty documents that all have to agree with each other and with current guidance. Writing them takes weeks, and keeping them current as the guidance moves is a job that never really ends. Most files quietly drift out of date until a Safety Advisory Group asks the question.

The Generator Module adds two things to your SafetyDocs site. It builds new safety documents from current recognised guidance as a grounded starting point. And it checks the documents you already have against the latest guidance, drafting the wording to close each gap.

You always keep the judgement. The module carries the reading and the cross-checking; you tailor each document to your event and your venue, and you sign it off.
